Sales Trends Inventory Report

The Sales Trends Report allows you to easily track the sales of all products during the timeframe you choose. The report will display:

No Of Product Sold: How many products were sold.
Cost Of Product Sold: The total business cost of all products sold.
Sales Price of Product Sold: The total sales price of all products sold.
Profit: The profit made for all products sold. This is calculated by the total sales price minus the total business cost.

Filter and Run the Report

To run the report:

Go to More → Reports → Inventory → Inventory Summary. The report will automatically run this month's data with no filters.
Set a Date Range for your report:
1. Near the top of the screen, select the Date Range field.
2. Select a preset date range, like Last 30 Days or This Year, or select Custom to set a more specific date range. Select Apply to save.
To filter the report, select the Filter button and select the following filters as needed:
- Brand: Filter the report for one brand.
- Product Type: Filter the report for one product type. The options available depend on the brand selected.
- Business Location (multi-location only): Run the report for another location.
- Product: Filter the report for one product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.
- Transaction Type: Filter for products purchased In House or Online.
Select Run Report.
Optionally, select the Action button to print a copy of your report or export it to PDF or Excel.

To run the report:

Go to Reports → Inventory → Sales Trends.
Set a date range for your report:
1. Select the box under Date Range to open the date picker.
2. On the right of the date picker, you can select a preset date range, like Last 30 Days or This Year, or manually select a date range in the FROM and TO calendars.
3. Select Submit.
Select your report filters as needed:
- Brand: Filter the report for one brand.
- Product Type: Filter the report for one product type. The options available depend on the brand selected.
- Select Advanced Filters to filter further:
  - Business Location (multi-location only): Run the report for another location.
  - Product: Filter the report for one product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.
  - Transaction Type: Filter for products purchased In House or Online.
Select Run Report.
Optionally, you switch between the Grid View and Chart View in the upper-right corner.
- Grid View: Display your data in a graph.
- Chart View: Display your data in a table.
Below Chart View, select the Month list to segment the report by Day, Week, Month, or Year.
Optionally, select Export to export the report to an Excel spreadsheet or PDF. Select Print to get a paper copy.
