Change Employee Booking Order

The employee booking order determines the order of your employees that your employees will be listed in search results when customers search for appointments on your Vagaro Listing Page.

This setting does not affect the order that your employees are listed on the Staff tab, which is managed on the Website Employee Lineup screen.

There are four ways that your employees can be listed or selected when customers search for an appointment:

First Available: Automatically select the first service provider with the soonest availability for the customer's service.
Website Employee Lineup: Show employees in the order you've selected on the Website Employee Lineup screen.
Best Reviewed: Show employees starting with the employees who have the highest star ratings at the top.
Alphabetical Order: Show your employees in alphabetical order by first name.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. Online Booking must be enabled for customers to book appointments with them from your Vagaro Listing Page.

On a Phone

To select your employee booking order:

Go to More → Settings → Booking → Online Appointment Rules.
Scroll down to the Booking section.
Select your preferred Online Employee Booking Order in the list.
Select Save. The change is reflected on your Vagaro Listing Page.

On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To select your employee booking order:

Go to Settings → Booking → Online Appointment Rules.
Scroll down to the Booking section.
Select your preferred Online Employee Booking Order in the list.
Select Save.
