Restrict Employees from Using the Waitlist

Control who can or can't approve appointments on the waitlist. For more information about access levels, see Setting Access Levels.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

To restrict an employee's access to add to or maintain the waitlist:

Go to Access Levels.
- On a Phone: Go to More → Settings → Employees → Access Levels.
- On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Go to Settings → Employees → Access Levels.
Select an access level, select the More menu , and then select Edit.
Scroll down to the following settings:
- Accept Appointment Requests and Waitlists: Whether employees can accept their own appointment requests and add themselves to waitlists.
- Accept Other Employee Appointment Requests and Waitlist: Whether employees can accept appointment requests and waitlists for other employees.
Select Save.
