If an employee is assigned to an access level allows them to Manage Own Profile, then they will see the Rent Collection tab in their profile. There, employees can sign their rental agreement, manage their payment methods, and view their rent payment history.
If the employee still needs to sign their rental contract the status Pending is displayed, followed by the contract and a signature box.
If the employee has already signed the contract online, the employee can select the contract's name, which also displays the signing date, to view the agreement.
Note
Signed rental agreements require the Forms feature.
Prerequisites: This feature requires credit card processing to collect rent payments.
To view and update employee's rent collection information:

Go to

Select Employees to view the employee list.

Select the employee's profile.

In the employee's profile, select the Action menu, then select Rent Collection.
Note
If the employee works for multiple multiple locations, select the Action menu for the location to view rent collection for.

To view your rental contract, select the document, shown with the signing date.

To update your rent payment method:

Scroll down to the Payment Method section.

Under Primary Payment Method, select Edit Account Information, select Add New Bank Account, then follow the prompts.

Under Backup Payment Method, select Edit Card Information, select Add New Card, then follow the prompts.

To view and update employee's rent collection information:

At the end of the row of the employee's profile, select the Action menu, then select Rent Collection.

If the employee works for multiple multiple locations, select the employee's blue Locations link, then select the Action menu for the location to view rent collection for.

To update your rent payment method:
