Adding photos and images to your Vagaro Listing Page is a great way to attract new online customers and showcase your work. You can post photos to show new customers what your business looks like and to brag about your skills and masterpieces. When customers view these photos, they can book an appointment just by selecting the image.
To help you take and show off the best pictures of your business, please follow our guidelines. Keep in mind that all photos uploaded photos are reviewed by Vagaro, are subject to use by Vagaro, and may be removed if they violate our policies.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
You can create up to three portfolios with three images in each of them to flaunt your work. If you add a great photo, we may feature it on our Gallery page, as well as our Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and X (Twitter) pages where customers will be directed to your Vagaro Listing Page just by selecting your photo.
To add a photo to your business portfolio:

At the bottom of the screen, select Look & Feel heading, select Photo Gallery.

At the top of the screen, select the Portfolio tab, and then select Add Portfolio Image.

Read the description of the feature, and then select Next.

Select up to three photos, and then select Next in the top-right corner.

Enter a description about each photo, and then select Next at the bottom of the screen.

Select one of your photos to be featured as the cover image of your portfolio.

Select the Featured star next to the photo you want to showcase, and then select Next.

Enter a Title and Description for the photo, and then select the Category, Service, and Service Provider who performed the work in the photo, as well as any other details if requested.

Review your images and their descriptions, and then select Next. If you need to change something, select the back button.

Repeat steps 2 to 6 to create additional portfolios.

If you want to change any of your portfolio pictures, go to the Portfolio tab, select the portfolio, and then select Edit.
To add a portfolio to your business portfolio:

Go to Photo Gallery.

On the Web: At the top of the screen, select Settings, scroll down the left side menu to the Look & Feel heading, and then select Photo Gallery.

On a Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: At the bottom of the screen, select Settings, scroll down to the Look & Feel heading, and then select Photo Gallery.

At the top of the screen, select the Portfolio tab, and then select Add Portfolio Image.

Read the description of the feature, and then select Next.

Add photos to the portfolio:

Select up to three photos to upload and enter a description about each one.

To change a picture to another one, hover over the image, select Edit, make your changes, and then select Save.

To remove a picture from the portfolio (for example, if you want to show only 2 photos instead of 3), hover over the image, and then select Delete,

Select Select as Featured below the photo you want to use as the cover image for the portfolio, and then select Next.

Enter a Title and Description for the photo, and then select the Category, Service, and Service Provider who performed the work in the photo, as well as any other details if requested.

Review your images and their descriptions. If you need to change something, select the back button.

Select I comply with portfolio guidelines to read Vagaro's Portfolio Guidelines, and then select the check box to acknowledge that your photos meet our requirements.

Select Save.

Repeat steps 4 to 5 to add another portfolio.

If you want to change any of your portfolio pictures:

On the Web: Hover over the portfolio image, select the More menu, and then select Edit.

On a tablet: Select the image, select the More menu, and then select Edit.

To see how your picture will look on your Vagaro website, select View Result at the bottom of the screen to see your Vagaro website in your browser. The featured photo in each portfolio is shown in the Photos section.
Posting pictures of your facility lets customers see what your business looks like inside and outside before they visit. Up to 100 photos can be uploaded to your venue gallery to be displayed in the Photos section on your Vagaro Listing Page. These pictures can be of your reception area, your styling stations, massage rooms, or any other features at your business that you'd like to show off.
You can upload up to 100 images.
To add a photo to your venue gallery:

At the bottom of the screen, select Look & Feel heading, select Photo Gallery.

At the bottom of the screen, select Add Business Image, and then select Add Venue Gallery in the popup.

Choose your photos, then select Next at the bottom of the screen. Your images are displayed in the gallery.

To edit an image, select the image, select the More menu, and then select Edit.

To add more photos, repeat steps 2 to 4.

To change the order in which your photos are shown on your Vagaro Listing Page, select Edit in the top-right corner of the screen, drag and drop the photos into place, and then select Done.
To add a photo to your venue gallery:

Go to Photo Gallery.

On the Web: At the top of the screen, select Settings, scroll down the left side menu to the Look & Feel heading, and then select Photo Gallery.

On a Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: At the bottom of the screen, select Settings, scroll down to the Look & Feel heading, and then select Photo Gallery.

At the top of the screen, select the Venue Gallery tab.

Select Add Business Image, and then select Add Venue Gallery.

Choose your photo, make any edits if you need to, and then select Save. Your image is displayed in the gallery.

To add more photos, repeat steps 2 to 4.

To change the order in which your photos are shown on your Vagaro Listing Page, drag and drop the photos into place.

To see how your pictures will look on your Vagaro Listing Page, select View Result at the bottom of the screen. Your photos are shown in the Photos section of the page.
