Vagaro is a business management software platform that helps wellness, beauty, and fitness businesses manage their business and allows their customers to schedule online. To book an appointment, you'll need to sign in to your Vagaro customer account. If you've booked with a business before, you can contact them to send your login information, or you can create a new profile with the business.
You can choose to book with the business online on Vagaro.com or through the Vagaro app.
If you're not sure which business you want to book with, you can search for businesses in your area that offer a specific service.
To search for businesses on Vagaro:

Log into your Vagaro account using the Vagaro app.

Select the Search button at the bottom of the screen.

Search for the business, location, or service/class, then select Search
Tip
To filter your search further, in Anytime, select a day and time that you want to book, or under Type of Service, filter the search for businesses that offer in-person, house call, or live stream services.
To search for a business on Vagaro:

Log into your Vagaro account on Vagaro.com.

In Business Name or Location, search for a business or location, then select the business you want to book with or select Search.
You can also select the date and time you want to book or search for services if you aren't quite sure what business you are looking for.

You can then look through businesses in the search results and select one.
After finding the business you want to book with, you can begin scheduling an appointment.
To schedule a service:

On the business's listing page, select Services. All the services the business offers will be displayed.

Expand the categories to see more services.

Find the service you want to book, then depending on how the business is set up, select one of the book buttons:

Book Now: Book the appointment on the business's calendar.

Request: This business requires acceptance for all appointments. You'll need to request the appointment before being scheduled.

Add to Cart: This business allows you to prepay for appointments before booking. Add the service to your cart and continue shopping.
Note
Optionally, the business may have additional add-ons you can add to your service. Choose any add-ons you want to add, then select Continue.

Choose an employee and date for your appointment, then choose a timeslot that works for you:

Select Change to filter the scheduler for a different service, specific employee(s), and the day you're looking to book. You can also select Add Service to book up to six services at once.

Under This Week, swipe left and ride to move through the different weeks, then select a date to view more appointments.

Select a timeslot to schedule the appointment.
Tip
Don't see an appointment time that works for you? If the business allows, you can add yourself to the waitlist.
Selecting a timeslot will bring you to the booking screen.

Finalize your appointment:

If you're booking for someone else, select a family, friend or pet in Who Are You Booking For.

Under About your appointment, enter any notes or requests to the business.

Review and accept the business's cancellation policy (if applicable).
Note
Please enter your credit card information if the business requires deposits, credit card holds, or prepay for bookings.

Some businesses may require a deposit or card on file before scheduling an appointment. You'll need to enter or use a credit card on file or use another payment method to pay for the deposit.

Select Book or Request to schedule the appointment.
To schedule a service:

Select the Services tab.

Find the service you want to book, then depending on how the business is set up, select one of the book buttons:

Book Now: Book the appointment on the business's calendar.

Under This Week, select the Left < and Right > buttons to move through the different weeks to view more appointments availability.

Select a timeslot to book that appointment.
