    Is there a way for client's to not pay for add ons at the time of booking and instead, when they checkout?

    Hi Kimberly,

    At the moment, there isn't a way to do this. You can turn Show Online to Hide to remove add-ons from the online experience. However, you will need to apply the add-on at checkout manually.

    How do you move a service from add on to another category section without deleting the service?

    Hi NeCole, 

    Add-ons can only be added to Add-on categories and can't be grouped with other services. I hope I understood your question correctly.

    I have a service that is under add on category. It should not be and add on. It is an individual service. I need to move it ti its correct category. It seems like I can not do that without deleting the entire service.

    Hi NeCole,

    If that's the case, you'll need to delete the Add-On and create a new service. This service might be in the Add-On category because you converted a Service to an Add-On, and this can't be reverted. 

    If deleting the add-on is an issue for your business, I recommend contacting our Support Team to resolve the issue better.

    Hi Joy, as long as you make an add-on category Required and assign any nested add-ons to that service, they will display when you select that service, and the customer must choose one add-on from each category.

    Hi Patricia, that's because you've set the add-on category to Required. You'll need to edit the add-on category and turn off Require Add-On Selection

    How can I set a quantity for add on? Like if I add on a singular foil how can I increase the quantity to 3 without having to add it 3 separate times?

    Is there a way show the add-on pop up to clients only when they book online, without the add on pop up menu showing internally.  As in when our receptionist is scheduling an appointment after a service?

    Hi Nicolette, currently, there isn't a way to do this on Vagaro. If you like to see this change happen, I recommend submitting a feature request: Submit a New Feature Request – Vagaro Support.
