With this setting enabled, the funds from membership and package sales, including any renewals, will be deposited into the employee's merchant account instead of the business account owner's.
Keep the following in mind when configuring your settings:

Credit Card Processing: This setting only applies to credit card and Affirm sales. Other payments will need to be distributed by the business separately.

For Businesses with Multiple Merchant Accounts: Funds will only be deposited to your employees if they have their own merchant account and are given credit at checkout. If your employees don't have their own merchant account, you would need to calculate their commission outside of Vagaro.

Online Sales: Online membership and package sales will always be deposited directly to the business owner's merchant account. Online sales will need to be distributed separately.
Prerequisites: This feature requires that your employees have their own merchant account and that you've created at least one Membership or Package.
To give sales to your employees:

Go to Taxes & Checkout:

Phone: Select → → .

Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select → .

Turn on Package & Membership Sales Go Directly to Employees.

Select Save.
Your employees will only receive funds if they're given "credit" in the Vagaro system. When checking out a customer in-house as a front desk admin, you may need to select a specific employee.
To select an employee at checkout:

Go to the Checkout
screen.

Select your customer.

Go to the Shopping Cart.

Add the membership or package to the cart.
The employee shown underneath the package or membership will get "credit" for the sale.

If the incorrect employee is selected, from your customer's Shopping Cart, select the membership or package.

Select Service Provider, then select the correct provider from the list.

Select → , then check out your customer.
To select an employee at checkout:

Go to the Checkout
screen.

Select your customer and add the membership or package to the cart.
The employee shown under Service Provider will get "credit" for the sale.

In the Service Provider list, select the employee you want to receive the funds.

Check out the customer.
