If you run out of email or text credits, you'll be charged an overage fee for each additional message you send. When you're about to send a campaign, such as an email or text blast or a Daily Deal announcement, a popup will appear. This popup lets you know how many messages will go over your limit and gives you the option to either upgrade your plan or accept the overage charges. The exact fee depends on your current plan.
This does not apply to recurring campaigns, like before or after visit campaigns. The system will continue sending them even after you’ve reached your credit limit. If you have recurring campaigns scheduled, be sure to monitor your current usage to avoid unexpected overage fees.
