You can make changes to your marketing plan at any time. If you no longer wish to utilize marketing campaigns, you can also cancel your plan. Email Marketing is included in your subscription and cannot be cancelled, so if you want to avoid incurring charges for email marketing, ensure you switch to the Small plan.
Prerequisites: The steps below require an Email or Text Messaging Plan.
Cancelling your text messaging plan will prevent you from sending text messages through Connect by Vagaro and stop all recurring text campaigns you created. You will also permanently lose access to the toll-free number provided by Twilio. If you sign up again, you will receive a new number from Twilio and need to undergo the Twilio approval process again.
Important
If you turn off this feature before your billing date, you will still be charged at the end of your billing cycle, regardless of when you deactivated it.
To cancel your text messaging plan:

Go to Text Messaging Plans.

On the Phone: Go to → → .

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → .

Under your plan, select Deactivate.

Select Yes, Deactivate to confirm.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, but if you change your plan during your billing cycle, the price of the larger plan will be charged on the next billing date.
To change your plan

Go to your Email or Text Messaging plan.

On the Phone: Go to → → , then select Email Marketing Plans or Text Messaging Plans.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → , then select Email Marketing Plans or Text Messaging Plans.

Select your new plan. Your plan will automatically update.
