An Email Marketing Plan is a subscription that increases how many email marketing messages your business can send each month. When you begin your Vagaro subscription, you are automatically enrolled in the Small Email Marketing Plan that includes 1,000 emails per month (excluding auto-generated emails). A popup will notify you if you are approaching the limit and suggest that you purchase a larger plan. You may want to select an Email Marketing Plan if you have a large customer list and wish to create business or brand-level marketing campaigns or announce your Daily Deals.
Automated messages are not counted towards your monthly email allowance, including welcome messages, customer invitations to visit your business, business referrals, invoice reminders, requests for customers to fill out forms, appointment notifications and reminders, or notifications for Vagaro Payroll and rent collection.
Note
If you are currently in a free trial, using Email Marketing or selecting another Email Marketing Plan will end your free trial and begin your monthly subscription.
If you're not using the Small email marketing plan and disable this feature before your billing date, you will still be charged for the feature at the end of your billing cycle, regardless of when you deactivated it.
The cost of a larger Email Marketing Plan depends on the number of emails your business plans to send and the country that your business is located in:
