The Vagaro Pay Desk is designed with dual screens. You can customize the customer-facing screen by choosing the color display appearance, adding your logo or a slideshow of your Daily Deals, and even selecting contactless checkout prompts to instruct customers how to use their screen cleanly and safely.
Prerequisites: Requires the Vagaro Pay Desk.
To select your Pay Desk settings:

Change your Pay Desk settings:

Display Appearance: Select between light and dark modes.

Screen Saver: Select screen-saver images for the client-facing screen. You can upload your images, like your logo or other branded images, or choose a Daily Deal. You can also set the duration of each screen-saver image slide.

Add Contactless Prompts for Customer-Facing Checkout: Customize the Contactless Checkout prompts shown to your clients to help keep your Pay Desk sanitary. The prompt will be displayed before the client interacts with the Pay Desk. There are multiple prompts; be sure to pick the one that matches your needs.

Reboot Device at Midnight: Automatically reboots your device daily for better performance.

Automatically Log Out After: Set a log-out timer for when the system will automatically log out of Vagaro.
