If you need help locating the setup guide or instructions to connect a new piece of equipment, you can relaunch the Hardware Setup Guide.
Prerequisites: Requires the Vagaro Pay Desk.
To relaunch the hardware guide:

Open the Vagaro Pro app on the Pay Desk.
If you don't have the Vagaro Pro app, see here.

Select More.

On the More menu, select Launch Pay Desk Hardware Setup.

Follow the guide to set up your new equipment. The guide will walk through the setup for each device connected to the Pay Desk, such as:

EMV Reader
-
Barcode Reader
-
Receipt Printer
-
Cash Drawer
-
Make sure to follow along with the steps for the item you are connecting.
Note
Feel free to select Skip for now for steps that don't apply to your Pay Desk setup.
Follow the steps below to set up the Vagaro Receipt Printer and Cash Drawer from the Hardware Setup Guide.

Select Next for Connect Receipt Printer.

Follow the on-screen steps, then select Next for both screens.

Once your Receipt Printer connects, you will need to test the printer. Select Test.

Did a receipt print? Select Yes or No.
Follow the troubleshooting steps, then select Test and confirm that the receipt printed.

The printer has been connected. Select Next.

Select Next for Connect Cash Drawer.

Follow the on-screen steps, then select Next.

Select Test.

Did the Cash Register open? Select Yes or No.
Follow the troubleshooting steps, then select Test and confirm that the Cash Drawer opened.
The Cash Drawer and Receipt Printer are connected.
