The Vagaro Pay Desk allows you to run the Vagaro software directly on your POS system, providing clients with a seamless checkout experience while keeping your cash wrap area organized. With our Contactless Checkout prompts, you'll be able to instruct clients to sanitize their hands and wear a glove or wear a finger sleeve when using the touchscreen.
Prerequisites: Requires the Vagaro Pay Desk.
Vagaro has two Pay Desk versions:

The New Pay Desk S - T2s_lite

(Legacy) Pay Desk - T2lite
Older versions of the Vagaro Pay Desk are not compatible with 5 GHz networks. You will need to contact your router manufacturer or network provider to set up a 2.4 GHz network. Please navigate to → to see your device's version.
If your device is labeled T2lite, your device is not compatible with 5 GHz networks.
All newly-purchased Pay Desks are the T2s_lite

Plug the provided power cable into a wall outlet and your device.

Turn on the Pay Desk.

A Hello start screen will display; select the right-facing arrow.

Select your language.
-
Select your time zone.
-
Connect via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

To connect via Ethernet, plug an Ethernet cable into your device. The status will change to connected.

To connect via Wi-Fi, select the WIFI tab, select your Wi-Fi network, and then connect.

Once connected, select Next.

Select Start Config.

You do not need to register with Sunmi to activate your Pay Desk. Select Skip.

Your Pay Desk will begin downloading the custom apps for your device. Keep in mind that you can skip this step.
Note
You will need to install Vagaro Pro after setup.

Set up is complete. Select Enter the System to finish.
Before Launching Vagaro Pro
Make sure that you connect any Vagaro hardware (EMV, Hand Scanner, Receipt Printer) to your device before launching Vagaro Pro. Tilt the Pay Desk screen up to connect any devices. All USB ports are near the power button and at the bottom of the device.
Once finished connecting your Vagaro hardware, tilt the Pay Desk screen to its original position.

Launch Vagaro Pro.

Navigate through the hardware setup wizard. Please ensure that all purchased devices are connected at this time.
Note
Select Skip for Now to skip the setup steps for each device.

Once you've finished, log in to Vagaro Pro. Enter your login credentials and select Login.

You may be asked whether you want to set Light or Dark mode on the client-facing screen; select one. You can change this anytime in the settings menu.

Pick your Vagaro theme color.

Upon completing these steps, you will be redirected to the Calendar screen.
