If a client shows up to your business with an incomplete form, you can send it directly to the customer-facing screen of the Pay Desk, allowing clients to safely and easily complete the form on their own.
Note
Forms with the File Upload module will not display on the customer-facing screen. If you require your customer to upload files along with their form, send the form to their device instead.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the Vagaro Pay Desk and requires the Forms feature.
To send forms from the calendar:

Go to the Calendar screen.

Select an appointment that requires a form. Appointments with the icon require a form.

Select Forms. A popup displays.

Select Send to Customer Facing Screen.

The customer can complete the form on the customer-facing screen. Once completed, they select can Submit.
To send forms from checkout:

Go to the Checkout screen.

Select a customer. If a form is required, the Form popup will be displayed.

Next to Send to Customer, select the Down-Arrow button, then select Send to Customer Facing Screen.

The customer can complete the form. Once completed, they select Submit.
