If a client shows up to your business with an incomplete form, you can send it directly to the customer-facing screen of the Pay Desk, allowing clients to safely and easily complete the form on their own screen.
Forms with the File Upload module will not display on the customer-facing screen. If you require your customer to upload files along with their form, send the form to their device instead. See here to learn more.
The Vagaro Pay Desk
Before following the steps below, activate the Forms feature.
Before sending forms to customers, see the articles below:
Navigate to the Calendar screen.
Tap an appointment with a required form. Appointments with the icon have a required form.
A Form popup displays. You can fill, send, or view Forms from this popup. Select Send to Customer Facing Screen.
The customer can complete the form on the customer-facing screen. Once completed, they tap Submit.
