If you’re having trouble with your scanner, you may need to adjust your Pay Desk settings to correctly sync the two devices.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot your scanner:
From the Home screen on the Pay Desk, tap Settings.
Navigate to→ .
Under Accessed keyboard or other devices, tap NS021 USB HID Keyboard.
Select your device type. For the Vagaro scanner, tap Scanning Device.
Tap save to complete the process.
If the scanner still does not work, try restarting the pay desk by holding the power button for five seconds, then press the reboot button.
