If you’re having trouble with your scanner, you may need to adjust your Pay Desk settings to correctly sync the two devices.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot your scanner:
1. Go to the home screen on the Pay Desk and select Settings.
2. On the menu, select Scan code and keyboard.
3. Locate the device on the list, then on the right side of the page tap on the arrow.
4. A pop-up will appear. Select Scanning Device.
5. Tap Save to complete the process.
Note: If the scanner still does not work, try restarting the pay desk by holding the power button for 5 seconds. Then press the reboot button.
