If you’re having trouble with your scanner, you may need to adjust your Pay Desk settings to correctly sync the two devices.
Prerequisites: Requires the Vagaro Pay Desk.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot your scanner:

From the Home screen on the Pay Desk, select Settings.

Go to

Under Accessed keyboard or other devices, select NS021 USB HID Keyboard.

Select your device type. For the Vagaro scanner, select Scanning Device.

Select save to complete the process.
Note
If the scanner still does not work, try restarting the Pay Desk by holding the power button for five seconds, then press the reboot button.
