Adding a promo code to your automated notifications and reminders can incentivize your customers to make a purchase on your Vagaro Listing Page even before or after their scheduled appointment. When you create a discount for a service or class, product, membership, or package, you can also add a corresponding promo code of your choice that can be applied in-house, or it can be used exclusively online. When you're ready to announce this promotion, you can include the promo code into the automatic appointment notifications that your customers receive before and after their visits as well as in your marketing text messages and emails.
Prerequisites: This feature requires the Online Shopping Cart to allow customers to make purchases on your Vagaro Listing Page, and you must have already created the promo code for the service or class.
To add a promo code to your email notifications:

Go to Email & Text Notifications.

On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Go to → → .

Update your message with your promo code in the Include this message in appointment emails field.
