Print a physical copy of a customer's form or SOAP note response from their profile.
Prerequisites: Your customer must have at least one form or SOAP note response.
To print a response:

Go to Customers
and select a customer.

In the customer's profile, select the Forms or SOAP tab.

If you're on a phone or tablet, swipe left on the tab menu to see the Forms and SOAP tabs.

Select the response to view.
Any forms or SOAP notes the customer has filled out will appear below Fill New Form or Fill New SOAP.

Select the form or SOAP note template. All responses for this template will appear below.

Select the response. If you aren't sure what response to choose, you can view the submission date next to the customer's name.

Begin printing the form:

On the Phone: Select the Action
button in the top-right corner, then select Print.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Select the Print
button.
The Print Form Details popup will appear.

Choose any items you don't want to include in your printed form or SOAP note:

Customer Name
-
Customer Contact Info
-
Date Of Completion
-
Security Details
-
Business Logo
-
Hide Question Numbers
-

Select Print and print the form.
