View a form or SOAP note summary to see an overview of all responses in one place. For example, if you created a customer feedback form, you can use this summary to get a report of what customers think of your business without needing to view each individual response.
To view a summary:

Go to Forms

Find the form you want to view or modify:

Use the Search
bar to look up the template.

In the All Status list, filter for Draft or Published templates.

In the All Types list, filter by Form or SOAP templates.

Under the Status column, select Published
to view responses.

Select the Summary tab. A summary of all responses to this form or SOAP note will appear.
