You can go into a specific customer's profile to view all their form and SOAP note responses.
Prerequisites: Your customer must have at least one form or SOAP note response.
To view individual responses from a customer's profile:

Go to Customers.

On the Vagaro Pro App: Select Customers at the bottom of the screen

On the Web: Select Customers at the top of the screen.

Select the customer.

Select the Forms or SOAP tab.

If you're on the phone, swipe left on the top menu to see the Forms and SOAP tabs.

Select the response you want to view:
Any forms or SOAP notes the customer has filled out will be displayed below Fill New Form or Fill New SOAP.

Select the form or SOAP note template. All responses for this template will be displayed below.

Select the response. If you aren't sure what response to choose, you can view the submission date next to the customer's name.
