See responses in a table view to get a general overview of all the responses for your forms and SOAP notes, instead of looking at each response on by one.
Prerequisites: Your customer must have at least one form or SOAP note response.
To view a table of responses:

Go to the Forms page.

Web Version: Select Forms at the top of the screen.

On a Tablet or Pay Desk: Select Forms at the bottom of the screen.

Find the template you want to view:

Use the Search
bar to look up the template.

In the All Status dropdown, filter for Draft or Published templates.

In the All Types dropdown, filter by Form or SOAP templates.

Under the Status column, select Published
to view responses.

Select the Table tab.

Use the Search box to find specific keywords or customers.
For example, you can search for all customers who selected "Not Happy" when asked, "How Happy Were You With Your Service?"

Optionally, select the Print
or Download
button to print or download this table.

I am trying to download these tables but the ones that have 2000+ responses do not download. Is there a work around for this?
