Show Employee Contact Information and Allow Customers to Contact Them – Vagaro Support

The logic for this setting has changed. The employee's email will not display, and the Message button no longer allows the customer to send an email to the employee.

The Show Contact Email and Phone on Vagaro.com setting shows the employee's email on the Staff page. Customers can contact them directly, instead of calling your business and possibly having to leave a message.

This setting also displays a Message button on their profile if you have Show Vagaro Connect Messaging turn on in your Business Profile. Customers can select this button to contact your employee directly with Vagaro Connect.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. In your Business Profile, the List Business on Vagaro.com setting must be enabled for customers to find your business, and at least one employee profile must be set up as a service provider and set to Display on Staff Page in your Website Employee Lineup.

Show Your Employees' Contact Information

Toggle on the Show Contact Email and Phone on Vagaro.com to display the employee's email and add the Message button.

On a Phone

To show an employee's contact information on your Vagaro Listing Page:

Select More → Settings → Employee Profiles.
Select Employees to view all profiles.
Select the employee's profile.
Next to your business name, select the Action menu, then select Edit Profile.
At the bottom of the employee's Personal Information section, toggle on Show Contact Email and Phone on Vagaro.com.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To show an employee's contact information on your Vagaro Listing Page:

Select Settings → Employee Profiles.
Next to the employee's profile, select the Action menu, then select Edit Profile.

Note

If the employee works for multiple locations, select the Location link, select the Action menu for that location, and then select Edit Profile.
At the bottom of the employee's Personal Information section, toggle on Show Contact Email and Phone on Vagaro.com.

Hide Your Employees' Contact Information

Hiding an employee's contact information will remove their phone number and the Message button from the Staff tab. Customers will have to contact your business directly to ask questions.

On a Phone

To hide the contact information of an employee on your Vagaro Listing Page:

Select More → Settings → Employee Profiles.
Select Employees to view all profiles.
Select the employee's profile.
Next to the employee's profile, select the Action menu, then select Edit Profile.
