On your Vagaro Listing Page and MySite, the order in which your employees appear on the Staff tab is determined by the Website Employee Lineup. This order also affects how employees are automatically assigned to appointments when a customer doesn't choose a specific service provider while searching for services and classes. All updates made on this screen take effect immediately when the changes are saved.
If no employees are selected to be displayed, the Staff tab will not appear on your listing page. However, even if an employee is not listed on your Vagaro Listing Page, customers can still book appointments with them as long as their employee profile is set to Enable Online Booking.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. In your Business Profile, the List Business on Vagaro.com setting must be enabled for customers to find your business, and at least one employee profile must already be set up.
To manage your website employee lineup:

Beside each employee's name, toggle on the switch for each employee to appear on the Staff tab.

To change the order that employees are listed on the Staff tab, drag the handle icon beside the employee's name to its new location.

Select Save. The changes will take effect immediately.
