Show or Hide Employees on Your Staff Page

If you have a Resource as an Employee Profile and don't want that Resource on your Staff page, you can select not to display that profile.

Prerequisites

Available for all Vagaro businesses.

Hide Your Employee(s)

Follow the steps below to hide one or more employees from your Staff page.

Vagaro Pro App

  1. Navigate to More → Settings → Website Employee Lineup.

  2. Deselect any employees that you want to hide on your Staff page.

  3. Tap Save.

Any employee that you deselected will be removed from your Staff page. Keep in mind that customers can still book with this employee, just not from the Staff page.

Web Version

  1. Navigate to Settings → Website Employee Lineup under Employees.

  2. Under Display on Staff Page, deselect any employee that you want to hide on your Staff page.

  3. Click Save.

Any employees that you deselected will be removed from your Staff page. Keep in mind that customers can still book with this employee, just not from the Staff page.

Remove Your Staff Page Entirely

Deselect all your employees from the Website Employee Lineup page if you want to remove the Staff tab from your Vagaro Booking Page entirely. Employees can still be booked through the Services and Classes tab.
