Show or Hide Employees on Your Staff Page

From the Website Employee Lineup screen, you can choose which employees will be shown on your business's Staff page. This works specifically well for businesses that created a bookable resource as an employee profile but don't want that resource on your Staff page; you can hide that profile.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Show or Hide Your Employee(s)

Hide one or more employees from your Staff page.

On a Phone

  1. Go to More → Settings → Website Employee Lineup.

  2. Deselect or select any employees that you want to hide on your Staff page.

  3. Select Save.

Any employee that you deselected will be removed from your Staff page. Keep in mind that customers can still book with this employee, just not from the Staff page.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk

  1. Go to Settings → Employees → Website Employee Lineup.

  2. Under Display on Staff Page, deselect or select any employee that you want to hide on your Staff page.

  3. Select Save.

Any employees that you deselected will be removed from your Staff page. Keep in mind that customers can still book with this employee, just not from the Staff page.

Remove Your Staff Page Entirely

Deselect all your employees from the Website Employee Lineup page if you want to remove the Staff tab from your Vagaro Booking Page entirely. Employees can still be booked through the Services and Classes tab.

On a Phone

  1. Go to More → Settings → Website Employee Lineup.

  2. Deselect all employees.

  3. Select Save.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk

  1. Go to Settings → Employees → Website Employee Lineup.

  2. Under Display on Staff Page, deselect all employees.
