    Will memberships be able to be checked out and not repeat as long as the ‘Auto-Renew’ option is not selected? I.e. I set up a process to add a one-time Points addition since we use that for memberships, but don't want our memberships on this specific option to continually renew.

    Hi Jake, as long as you do not turn on Auto-renew, a membership will not renew on the customer's end. You can then manually charge the customer for a new membership in-person or online whenever they want to renew.

    How do you set a service discount as a dollar amount instead of a percentage? I don't see that as an option.

    Hi Laura, memberships can only give a percentage-based discount, not a dollar amount.

    If I choose to not put auto renew, and the customer has leftover visits at the end of the renewal period will those expire on the renewal date?

    Hi Jonathan,

    If you choose not to renew the customer’s membership, they won’t have a renewal date. However, I may be misunderstanding your question.

    If auto-renew is turned on, the visits will expire at the end of the renewal period unless the Carry Balance Forward option is enabled in your membership settings.

    Is there a way to add dollar amount credits to membership monthly in addition to percentage discounts?
