You can delete a time off policy if it's no longer used or needed.
If there are any employees who are assigned to that policy, they'll need to be assigned to another policy; otherwise, they will no longer be able to request paid time off until they have been enrolled in another time off policy.
Note
PTO policies cannot be restored after they have been deleted.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US.
To delete a time off policy:

Go to Time Off Policy:

Phone: Select → → .

Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select → .

In the list of policies, select the Action
menu for the policy to modify, and then select Delete.

In the popup, select Delete to confirm that you want to remove the time off policy.
