When an employee submits a time off request, a notification will appear in the Notification panel:
You can also run the Time Off Report to view employees' time off information such as how much they have accrued and taken, upcoming time off, review pending requests, and whether requests have been approved or denied.
Note
Customers will still be able to book with an employee until you approve their time off request.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US.
To approve or deny a time off request:

In the top-right corner of the screen, open the Notification
panel.

Select View.

Review the time off request. Any conflicting appointments will be listed so you can reschedule those appointments or classes.
Note
You will still be able to approve the request even if customers have appointments during the employee's time off.

In the time off request notification, select one of the following options:

Decline: In the popup, enter a Reason for why you aren’t approving the request, then select Submit.

Accept: In the popup, select Approve to confirm the employee’s time off request.

View: Review the employee’s time off history in a Time Off report. Select the Action
menu in the row of the time off request, and then select Approve or Deny.
