Delete a Time Off Request from Your Employee Profile

If you no longer wish to take time off on the date you selected, you can delete your request directly from your employee profile.

Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US.

On a Phone

To delete a request time off from your employee profile:

  1. Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Settings → Employee Profiles.

  2. Select Employees to view all profiles.

  3. Select your employee profile.

  4. In your employee profile, under Locations select the Action Three vertically stacked circles, representing a menu or more options icon. menu, then select Payroll.

  5. On the Payroll tab, select + Request Time Off.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

  1. Select Settings gear → Employee Profiles.

  2. At the end of the row of your employee profile, select the Action Three vertically stacked circles, representing a menu or more options icon. menu, then select Payroll.

  3. On the Payroll tab, select + Request Time Off.

  4. Select Request. A message at the top of the screen states, “Your time off request has been submitted. You should hear from your employer shortly.”
