Customer responses for forms and SOAP notes can be edited in a customer's profile to correct mistakes or update the informationas needed. However, if the form contains the Signature module and an employee has already signed it, the form cannot be updated. You will have to duplicate the form and fill it out again; the customer's previous responses will display and can be modified.
Forms that can be edited are shown with an Edit icon beside it.
Prerequisites: Your customer must have at least one form or SOAP note response.
To edit a form or SOAP note response:

Go to Customers.

Vagaro Pro App: Select Customers at the bottom of the screen

Web Version: Select Customers at the top of the screen.

Select the customer.

In the customer's profile, select the Forms or SOAP tab.

If you're on a phone or tablet, swipe left on the tab menu to see the Forms and SOAP tabs.

Select the response to view.

To edit a form:

Select the form with an Edit icon beside it.

Update the responses as required.

Select Save.

If a form has already been signed by an employee and cannot be edited:

In the list of forms, select the form to duplicate.

In the form, select Duplicate.

Fill in the form or update the responses.

Select Submit.
