Customer responses for forms and SOAP notes can be edited in a customer's profile to correct mistakes or update the informationas needed. However, if the form contains the Signature module and an employee has already signed it, the form cannot be updated. You will have to duplicate the form and fill it out again; the customer's previous responses will appear and can be modified.
Forms that can be edited are shown with an Edit icon beside it.
Prerequisites: Your customer must have at least one form or SOAP note response.
To edit a form or SOAP note response:

Go to Customers
and select a customer.

In the customer's profile, select the Forms or SOAP tab.
Note
If you're on a phone or tablet, swipe left on the tab menu to see the Forms and SOAP tabs.

Select the response to view.

To edit a form or SOAP:

Update the responses as required.

Select Save.

If a form or SOAP has already been signed by an employee and cannot be edited:

In the form or SOAP, select Duplicate.

Send the form to the customer or fill it out yourself.

Update the responses.

Select Submit.
