The Long Answer element lets your customers or employees enter up to 10,000 characters when filling out a question you ask them, up to 200 characters long, in your form or SOAP note.
To add the long answer module to your form or SOAP note:

Go to Forms

Go to your form or SOAP note:

To create a form template, in the top-left corner, select → .

To create a SOAP note template, select → .

To edit an existing form, select → .

To duplicate a form, select → .

Under Form Elements, drag the Long Answer element into the form designer.
The element's settings will appear on the right side of the screen. If you already have this element in the form designer, select it to make changes.

Enter a Title for this element.

Optionally, to make this element required, turn on Required Field.

Optionally, to switch to a Short Answer question, select it in the Question Type list.

Publish your form:

To save this form as a draft and publish it later, in the top-right corner, select Save as Draft.
This form is saved in form management and can be published at a later time.

To see a preview of your form and how it'll look for your customers, in the top-right corner, select Preview.
You can select the Computer
, Tablet
, or Phone
icon to see how your form will look on each device.

To publish your form, go to Settings, then in the top-right corner, select Publish.
Your form is saved in form management.

I am using the long answer element on Soap however it's now very short, I usually copy and paste my soap and now only half of it fits. I need help. Please.
Hi Juliana, thanks for reporting this. I sent this in to our dev team, and it seems like the issue should be resolved by tomorrow. Let me know if you are still running into issues. If you're on a phone, make sure you update the Vagaro Pro app.
