Adding a separator between modules on your forms and SOAP notes can make your form more visually appealing and easier to read by clearly dividing your elements into sections. For example, a separator followed by a title can identify a section that is for employee-only use, or indicate a text-only section that does not require any input from the reader.
When your customers and employees view your form, they will see the separator as a horizontal line.
To add a separator to your form or SOAP note:

To create a form template, in the top-left corner, select → .

To create a SOAP note template, select → .

To edit an existing form, select → .

To duplicate a form, select → .

Under Form Elements, drag the Separator element into the form designer.
The element's settings will appear on the right side of the screen. If you already have this element in the form designer, select it to make changes.

Publish your form:

To save this form as a draft and publish it later, in the top-right corner, select Save as Draft.
This form is saved in form management and can be published at a later time.

To see a preview of your form and how it'll look for your customers, in the top-right corner, select Preview.
You can select the Computer
, Tablet
, or Phone
icon to see how your form will look on each device.

To publish your form, go to Settings, then in the top-right corner, select Publish.
Your form is saved in form management.
