Ask your customers and employees using the Date and Time element to select or enter a date, time, or date range in response to a question you ask them, up to 200 characters long on your form or SOAP note. For example, customers can provide their availability for an appointment or select the date when they last had a procedure performed.
When filling out a form, your customers and employees will be able to select a date and/or time to answer your question.
