Add the Image element to show a picture or photo on your form or SOAP note, along with a caption up to 2000 characters long. Customers and employees will not need to select or enter anything on the image.
To add the Image element to your form or SOAP note:

Go to your form or SOAP note:

To create a form template, in the top-left corner, select → .

To create a SOAP note template, select → .

To edit an existing form, select → .

To duplicate a form, select → .

Under Form Elements, drag the Image element into the form designer.
The element's settings will appear on the right side of the screen. If you already have this element in the form designer, select it to make changes.

In the Upload Image box, drop an image into the box or select Choose File.
After uploading an image, the image editor will appear.

To mirror an image, select Mirror.

To rotate your image, select Right-Arrow to rotate clockwise or Left-Arrow to rotate counterclockwise.

To save and upload your image, select Save.
If the Image you uploaded is larger than 600 x 400, the system will scale your image down to that size.

Enter a Caption for your image.

Optionally, to edit or delete your image, hover over the image under Upload Image, select Action
, and then select Edit or Delete.

Publish your form:

To save this form as a draft and publish it later, in the top-right corner, select Save as Draft.
This form is saved in form management and can be published at a later time.

To see a preview of your form and how it'll look for your customers, in the top-right corner, select Preview.
You can select the Computer
, Tablet
, or Phone
icon to see how your form will look on each device.

To publish your form, go to Settings, then in the top-right corner, select Publish.
Your form is saved in form management.
