Add the Text module to a form or SOAP note to display additional information that does not require your customers or employees to select or fill out. The module can contain just a sentence or a heading (up to 2000 characters long) to categorize multiple modules, or a paragraph of text (no character limit).
Tip
Add a text field with your cancellation or no-show policy on form and require customers to sign it to acknowledge they were made aware of your policies. In addition, your business will set clear expectations for the customer, get a signed agreement with the customer, and help protect your business from chargebacks, especially for online bookings. as the cancellation policy is an essential piece of documentation when disputing a chargeback.
