Why do I see Price (with Tax)?

You may have noticed that when changing the price of a service, class, product, etc., you can't update the price, just the Price (with Tax). You can only edit the Price (with Tax) because Include Tax in Online Pricing is turned on in your Taxes & Checkout settings, allowing for tax-inclusive pricing on your Vagaro Listing Page.

Tax-inclusive pricing displays the total cost of a product or service that includes the sales tax. It means the amount your customers see on your listing page includes the required taxes, and there won't be any additional charges at the checkout. This helps consumers easily understand the total amount they need to pay without having to calculate or add taxes separately. It's a straightforward way of showing the full price upfront. If this practice is uncommon for your industry or region, we recommend that you turn this setting off in your Taxes & Checkout settings.
