Adding one other Vagaro customer in a customer's profile to copy appointment emails to will ensure that someone, such as a friend, family member, or caregiver, is informed about a loved one’s upcoming appointments. If this person does not have a Vagaro account, you'll need to create a customer profile before they can be selected.
Alternatively, a customer can update their own profile to add someone to copy their appointments to.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To send a copy of a customer's email notifications to another Vagaro customer:

Go to Customers
and select a customer.

In the Personal Information heading, select Edit.

Scroll down to Send Email Copy, select it, and then search for and select one customer's name.

Select Save in the top-right corner of the screen.
To add a general tag to a customer's profile:

Go to Customers
and select a customer.

On the Profile tab, select Edit Profile in the top-right corner.

In the CC Appointment Email to box, enter the recipient's name or email address, then select their profile.

Select Save.

I hate the fact you can only have one person with each email. It is so time consuming to try and find out who else shares email. So my girls are giving up even entering them! Please advise.
I agree with Tina. I just followed these steps. Hopefully this will work. But many of my clients bring in their young daughters and need appointments and receipts emailed to their already inputted email address.
