You can take a glance at your sales and bookings at any time from your Dashboard. Each report on the Dashboard is a customizable widget that shows specific information you want to see. It can be reordered and refreshed on demand, so you always see how your business is doing at the moment.
Optionally, you can set the Dashboard to be displayed first when you log in to your Vagaro account.
Note
Removing one of the Dashboard widgets removes it for all account users. You can allow or prevent your employees from changing the dashboard by setting the Dashboard permission in Access Levels.

The Top 10 Sales Items widget shows you the 10 services, classes, add-ons, and products that customers have purchased the most.
To see your 10 best-selling items, select the date range, then select Go.
The Sales Break Down widget shows your projected sales for everything your business sells, such as services, classes, products, gift cards, packages, and memberships, as well as IOUs, tips, taxes, and refunds. These projections are solely based on appointments that have been booked but not checked out, so as appointments are checked out, the projected service sales decrease, and the actual sales increase.
You can also generate a report of the services, classes, and products you've sold during a specified time range by running the Services/Classes sales report and Product Sales report, respectively.
To view your sales breakdown, select the date range and the service providers whose sales you want to include in the report, then select Go.
The Booking Percentage widget shows how productive your business or selected employees were during a date range. You'll see how much bookable time was available versus how much time was booked, as well as the percentage of how much of that time was actually used. For example, if your business is open for eight hours a day but you only have customers scheduled for six hours each day, then your booking percentage is 75%. The information in this widget can also be generated in the Booking Percentage report.
To view your booking percentage, select a date range and one or more service providers, then select Go.
The New vs Returning widget shows how many new and returning in-house appointments, as well as the number of new and returning online appointments.
To view your new and returning customers, select the date range, service providers, and appointment types (in the Customers list), then select Go. You can hide or display the report legend by selecting the Hide/Show Legend button.
The Trends widget shows the charges you've collected and projected sales during a date range and for all or selected service providers. The information in this widget can also be generated by running the Sales Trends report.
To view your sales trends, select the date range, the service providers, and the types of charges to show in the report, and then select Go.
