The Product Sales Report gives you a complete view of all product sales in Vagaro. Filter by date range to drill into transaction details, individual receipts, and all items sold during that period.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
The report includes the following columns:

Brand: The name of the brand that sells the product.

Product: The name of the product customers purchased. Product bundles appear with a Gift Card
icon. Select the link to see what's in the bundle.

Quantity: The number of items customers purchased for that product.
-
Business Cost: The amount the business paid to purchase the product for resale.

Net Sales: The total revenue from product sales before deducting business costs.
-
Net Profit: The total revenue from product sales after deducting business costs.
-
Net Profit Margin (%): The percentage of net sales retained as profit after deducting business costs.

Points Redeemed: The total points customers redeemed on product purchases.
Tip
Go to the bottom of the report to see a summary of all totals for the selected date range, including total quantity sold, net sales, net profit, and points redeemed.
The Product Sales report lists products sold during the selected date range.
To run the Product Sales report:

Select → .

Set the date range for your report:

In the top-right corner, select Date Range
to open the date picker.

Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.

Note
Product bundle details are not shown in printed or exported reports.
When viewing a product's transactions, the report will show the following information for each sale:
To drill through to each transaction:

Select a product card to view its customer transactions.

Optionally, work with the transactions:

Select Search
to find transactions by date, customer name, item sold, or transaction type.

In the top-right corner, select Action
, then select Print to get a hard copy, or Export PDF or Export Excel.

Optionally, view a customer's receipt:

Select a transaction to open its receipt.

In the top-right corner, select Action
, then select Print to resend or print the customer's receipt.

When viewing a product's transactions, the report will show the following information for each sale:
To drill through to each transaction:

Select a Product to view each transaction.

Optionally, work with the transactions:

Select a column header to sort by that column.

In the Search by date, customer, employee, item sold, or transaction ID field, enter your search terms.

Select Export
or Print

Optionally, at the end of the transaction, select Receipt to view, reprint, or send the receipt to the customer via email.
