You can view and reprint customer transactions and receipts directly from the Transaction List. If you or the customer wants a copy of a receipt, you can reprint or resend it by email.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To reprint a receipt:

Go to

You can search for specific transactions by entering search terms in the Search box.

Specify a date range and select GO.

Select a transaction, swipe left, and then select receipt.

You can email and/or print a copy of the receipt.

To Email: In the top-right corner, select the email icon, enter a customer email, and then select Email Receipt.

To Print: Select the up-arrow icon, then select a printer. For Vagaro Receipt Printers, choose a printer or select Add Receipt Printer, then select Print. If you do not have a Vagaro Receipt Printer, select Print without selecting a printer.

To reprint a receipt:

Go to
→ → . The system automatically runs the report for today's transactions. -
Set up filters and Advanced Filters and select Run Report.

Hover over the transaction to be viewed, then select Receipt.

You can print or email the receipt:

To Print: Select Print if you have previously printed on this device. If not, select the up-arrow icon, then select or add a Vagaro printer.

To Email: Select Send Email, confirm or enter the customer's email address, and then select Send Mail to confirm. The email address will be pre-filled with the customer's email.

I and My team use chrome and the print window blinks to open but then closes immediately before we can print the receipt. Is there a fix for this?
