The Daily Deals screen is also a report you can use to track the success of the Daily Deals you've created and announced. By drilling into a Daily Deal's details, you can also see which customers used your discount, the appointments it was applied to, and how much money customers spent and saved with it.
Note
The Daily Deals screen is unavailable on the phone. Instead, filter the Transaction List report to show only transactions that were paid for using one of your Daily Deals.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing, the Online Shopping Cart, and to be listed on Vagaro.com.
On the web, tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro, the Daily Deals report screen shows you when your Daily Deals were announced and how much revenue they've brought into your business. This report also shows you how many items were purchased by customers using the Daily Deal, the number of appointments booked, how many times the Daily Deal was used, the total revenue, and how many new customers you gained. The revenue figures shown are after your discounts and taxes have been deducted and do not include data for canceled, deleted, or denied appointments.

In Chart View, your customers' usage is shown in a line graph, while your revenue is shown in a bar graph. Hover over a point on the chart to see how many customers used the Daily Deal for that period. Above the report, you can see the total number of items that customers purchased, how many appointments were booked, how many times the Daily Deal was used, the total revenue earned using the discount, and how many new customers you gained.

In Details view, the customers who used your Daily Deal are listed in a table, including the date, their name, whether they're a new customer, what they purchased, and how much they each spent.
To view your customers' usage of a Daily Deal in the Daily Deals screen:

Optionally, at the top of the screen, filter your Daily Deals:

Search Daily Deals: In the search bar, enter the day of the month or year the discount was created or active, or all or part of the Daily Deal's name or the employee who created it, then select Search.

Announced: Select whether the Daily Deal has already been announced to your customer or arthiced

In the row of the Daily Deal, select the blue "Announced" link to open the Daily Deals report screen.

In the Daily Deal's report screen, you can also:

Select the All list to show only Online or In Store transactions that used the Daily Deal.

Select the Month list to show the number of new and returning customers by Year, Week, Month, or Day.

Switch between Chart View and Grid View by selecting the tabs above the legend on the top-right corner of the screen.

In Details view, sort the list of customers and transactions by selecting the column headers at the top of the list.

At the bottom of the screen, you can select:

Print: Get a hard copy of the report.

Export: Save the report to an Excel or PDF file (web version only).

When viewing the report for each Daily Deal, you can view how much Revenue you've earned with it and which customers received your Email/Text message about it. In each tab, you can view the same information in both Chart View and Detail view.
The information on this tab shows you how much money you've earned by announcing this daily deal. All figures shown are after your discounts and taxes have been deducted and do not include data for canceled, deleted, or denied appointments.

In Chart View, your revenue is shown in a bar graph, while the line graphs show how much revenue was brought in by new and existing customers. Above the report, you can see the total number of items that customers purchased, how many appointments were booked, how many times the Daily Deal was used, the total revenue earned using the discount, and how many new customers you gained.

In Details view, you can see a list of all the customers who used your Daily Deal, when it was used, whether the customer was new, what was purchased, and how much was spent.
The following information is shown for each customer who used your Daily Deal to make a purchase:

Date: The date when the selected Daily Deal was created in Vagaro.

Customer: The name of the customer who made a transaction using the Daily Deal.

New Customer: Whether the Daily Deal was used by a customer who wasn't already in your customer list.
-
Item Sold: The service, class, or product that the customer purchased with the Daily Deal.

Amount Spent: How much money the customer spent at your business using the Daily Deal.

The information on this tab groups your customers into statuses to show you how many customers were Processed in Vagaro to receive your Daily Deal via email or text message, how many customers the Daily Deal was successfully Delivered to, who Opened the Daily Deal message, who Clicked the link in your message to view your Daily Deal on your Vagaro Listing Page, who Unsubscribed from your marketing messages by opting out in your message, which customers had your Daily Deal filtered to their Spam folder, and which customers Failed to receive it.

In Chart View, your customers' usage is shown in a line graph, while your revenue is shown in a bar graph. Above the report, you can see the total number of emails or text messages that were sent, how many were opened (or read), whether customers selected the link in your Daily Deal message, and whether they booked an appointment after selecting your link in the email or text message. The bar chart below shows the total number of customers for each status.

In Details view, the customers you sent your Daily Deal to are categorized into additional tabs to list your processed customers by status (Processed, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Spam, or Failed). Select each tab to view a list of customers for each status.
The following information is shown in a table for each status:

Name: The customer who you intended to receive your Daily Deal via email or text message.

Email: The email address that the customer received your Daily Deal, if it was sent via this method.

Cell: The mobile number that the customer received your Daily Deal text message, if it was sent via this method.

Date: The date when the status was updated.
-
Status: The status of the customer's message.
-
Your customers' use of your Daily Deals can also be viewed by filtering the Transaction List report to show only transactions that used a Daily Deal.
On a phone, transactions discounted with a Daily Deal can be viewed only in the Transaction List report.
Daily Deails in this report are shown in two ways:

If the transaction was discounted using a Daily Deal, the Discount amount is shown in brackets in blue text. Select the text to view the name of the Daily Deal and its code.

If the transaction included a manually keyed discount (without a code), the Discount amount is shown in brackets in black text.
To filter the Transaction List report to view only transactions discounted with a Daily Deal:

Go to
→ → → . The system automatically runs the report for today's transactions. -
At the top of the screen, select the Date Range of the time card entries to view.

Select the Filters
button, scroll down to the Discount filter, select one or more Daily Deal, then select Run Report.

Select the Daily Deal transaction to view its discount and other transaction details.
To filter the Transaction List report to view only transactions discounted with a Daily Deal:

Go to
→ → . The system automatically runs the report for today's transactions. -
At the top of the screen, expand Advanced Filters, then in the Source list, select Daily Deals.

Select Run Report.

Scroll right to the Disc column. If a discount was used for the transaction, the amount shown will be a blue link. If the discount shown is black, the discount was manually applied at checkout.

Optionally, hover over the blue text to view the code that was used for the discount.
