    Yes, we keep hearing “we are still working with instagram”, but it’s literally been over a year. Someone’s not really “working” together with the other. And why do the other booking sites not seem to have this issue. I don’t know...

    I am having an issue with adding Vagaro to my business instagram. It does not give me the steps as it does in the pictures above. I do not have an option to add action. I have action buttons and when I go to that and click Vagaro it just takes me to the website. No option to add the url or anything.

    Vagaro is not listed as an option to add booking.  Please fix your Marketing site tab.

    Still does not work directly through Instagram, just signs you into vagaro to book an appointment when you try to link. I figured it out through my Facebook page but I how have a colleague trying to set it up via Instagram and does not have Facebook to do it the way I did it.

    I am very upset that I went to add this book now which I had but changed the name and now the option is not there?? When will this be fixeD?

    I have two locations on Vagaro. On the booking widget both are listed. However in Instagram it will only link to one or the other, so clients can only book at one location via Instagram. Is there a way to fis this issue?

    We have mulitple employees that use our vagaro to book their appointments and none are abel to get the book now button on their instagram. I have logged them in from the owner account, which allows them to log in and it says "succesfully added button" but no button will show to book.

    Jesus A: I don't see why that shouldn't work, but I don't have multiple Instagram business accounts to use for testing this scenario.

    can multiple instagram business accounts use the integration to add the book now button so that their pages will take them to the vagaro page?

    The Meta Facebook Instagram integration is probably the worst integration known to man and woman. One wrong click, and it breaks almost everything. With that said, if you're getting that "something went wrong message, please try again" don't bother trying again. It won't work. Reading Jamie's response above, it is in fact an iOS version issue. I got this to work by using my daughter's iPad > downloaded the Instagram App > login there and follow the instructions above. From what I can see, there's really nothing special about the button outside of it saying "book now". I don't understand the purpose of logging in to vagaro's account to integrate when it's simply a link to my services page. It could have been easier "action button > URL (service page) > that's it. I don't see the integration, but maybe it's an iOS thing again.

    I had the button on my profile and it disappeared. I followed the directions to add it but I keep getting a message that “Something Went Wrong”.

    Sorry Jamie, I didn't mean to say Vagaro's integration was bad. I meant to say the meta business suite since they integrated FB and Instagram under a single pane of glass has been a nightmare. Vagaro's integration for me on other platforms (Google, Yelp etc.,) has been working flawlessly. I have other 3rd party integration with Meta and they all break once meta make certain changes. With that, my daughter's ipad is using iOS 15.5. For those who are reading this, I would just make sure the device is secure, and sensitive info deleted once the integration is completed (doesn't have to be iPad, just the iOS it appears). My daughter's iPad is under strict lock down from me. Other options if you don't have a device with an older iOS, and you're somewhat tech savvy, is a platform called "browserstack" (a reputable company, I been using them since they were a small startup) that can simulate all kinds of iOS, Android, devices etc. I use it to test out how my site looks like under different phones, ios, adroids, resolution etc., you can download the instagram app on the virtual iPhones, and then set up the integration that way. Obviously, not a long-term solution, all hacks, but just in case anyone out there is willing to take that extra mile to get this action button to work. Mine is up and running now lushnailsma on instagram if you want to see how it looks like.

    Hi, i’m having the same issue as everyone else.. I select “Vagaro” from their options and once signed in it just looks like I’m signed in as a client on the home page.

    Trevon: It looks like "Creator" account is a Facebook or Instagram construction and not something that Vagaro has control over. Please contact Facebook for support on this.

    Still can't seem to get this to work, I go through the steps and then i get the error message "The time zone Etc/GMT10 currently associated with your website isn't supported on Facebook. Contact Vagaro Booking for support"

    .. anyone seen a fix for this yet?
