    can multiple instagram business accounts use the integration to add the book now button so that their pages will take them to the vagaro page?

    Jesus A: I don't see why that shouldn't work, but I don't have multiple Instagram business accounts to use for testing this scenario.

    Vagaro is no longer listed as an option under the "book now" button. Will this be resolved? I may have to switch booking if this is the case. Thanks!

    I have the same issue: my "book now" button is gone from Insta, and I Vagaro isn't an option as an action button.

    The Book Now button is gone from my Instagram account and when I try to reconnect it, Vagaro is no longer an option. Is this going to be fixed soon? Not having the availability to Book Now from IG is problematic.

    I just tried to add book now button to Instagram again. It says that the button was added but there is no book now button on my profile.

    Hi! I followed all of the steps to a T but then when I get to the end it says “something went wrong: try again”. I’ve tried numerous times over the past few weeks. I’ve tried updating my app and my phone. Nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you

    I’m having trouble connecting my Vagaro account to my Instagram business page for a book now button feature. It keeps saying “something went wrong , please try again”.

    Hi Tamari and Julia,

    Meta has not yet updated this feature for iOS 17. However, any iOS version below 17 (or Android device) can still set up this feature. I will update this thread once there is an update from Meta.

    The Meta Facebook Instagram integration is probably the worst integration known to man and woman. One wrong click, and it breaks almost everything. With that said, if you're getting that "something went wrong message, please try again" don't bother trying again. It won't work. Reading Jamie's response above, it is in fact an iOS version issue. I got this to work by using my daughter's iPad > downloaded the Instagram App > login there and follow the instructions above. From what I can see, there's really nothing special about the button outside of it saying "book now". I don't understand the purpose of logging in to vagaro's account to integrate when it's simply a link to my services page. It could have been easier "action button > URL (service page) > that's it. I don't see the integration, but maybe it's an iOS thing again.

    Sorry Jamie, I didn't mean to say Vagaro's integration was bad. I meant to say the meta business suite since they integrated FB and Instagram under a single pane of glass has been a nightmare. Vagaro's integration for me on other platforms (Google, Yelp etc.,) has been working flawlessly. I have other 3rd party integration with Meta and they all break once meta make certain changes. With that, my daughter's ipad is using iOS 15.5. For those who are reading this, I would just make sure the device is secure, and sensitive info deleted once the integration is completed (doesn't have to be iPad, just the iOS it appears). My daughter's iPad is under strict lock down from me. Other options if you don't have a device with an older iOS, and you're somewhat tech savvy, is a platform called "browserstack" (a reputable company, I been using them since they were a small startup) that can simulate all kinds of iOS, Android, devices etc. I use it to test out how my site looks like under different phones, ios, adroids, resolution etc., you can download the instagram app on the virtual iPhones, and then set up the integration that way. Obviously, not a long-term solution, all hacks, but just in case anyone out there is willing to take that extra mile to get this action button to work. Mine is up and running now lushnailsma on instagram if you want to see how it looks like.
