Share Booking Link or QR Code to Business Page – Vagaro Support

Share your booking link or QR code so customers can find your business page and book with you online. You can show the QR code to customers in person, or send the link by text, email, or social media.

Note

The booking link and QR code only take customers to your business page. If you're a booth renter or employee, go to your employee profile settings to create a link that goes straight to your services.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Share a QR Code to Your Booking Page

Use a QR code when you're with customers in person, like at your front desk or during checkout. Customers scan the code with their phone camera to open your business page and book their next appointment.

Only available on Vagaro Pro.

To share a QR code:

Log in to the Vagaro Pro app.
Go to Home .
In the top-left corner, select your profile.
Go to the Share Link tab.

A QR code to your booking page displays onscreen. Take a screenshot of the QR code to save it, or show it to your customers so they can scan it.

Share a Booking Link

Send your booking link to customers so they can open your business page and book online anytime. You can share it by text or email, or add it to your website and social media profiles. You can get your link from the Vagaro Pro app or from a computer.

On the Vagaro Pro App

To share a booking link:

Log in to the Vagaro Pro app.
Go to Home .
In the top-left corner, select your profile.
Go to the Share Link tab.
Select Share Booking Link and share the link with your contacts, on social media, and more.

Customers can open the link to go to your business booking page.

On a Computer

To see your booking link:

Select Settings → Business Profile.
Under Business Information, copy and paste your Vagaro URL.
