You can view and reprint customer transactions and receipts directly from the Transaction List. If you or the customer wants a copy of a receipt, you can reprint or resend it by email as well.
Note
Customers of businesses on Vagaro should contact the business directly to obtain a copy of their receipt.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To reprint a receipt:

Select → → .
The system automatically runs the report for today's transactions.

To narrow down your report, you can do the following:

Change the Date Range of your report.

Select Filter
in the top-right corner to narrow down your report for specific customers, service providers, etc.

Swipe left on the transaction, then select Receipt. A copy of the receipt will display on screen.

Email or print a copy of the receipt:

To print a copy, select Print to print to a receipt printer.

To email a copy, in the top-right corner, select Email
, enter a customer email, and then select Email Receipt.

To reprint a receipt:

Select → .
The system automatically runs the report for today's transactions.

To narrow down your results or choose a different day, choose a Transaction Date, Service Providers, or Customer before running the report. Select Run Report to update the transaction list.

Hover over the transaction to be viewed, then on the right side of the transaction, select Receipt. A copy of the receipt will display on screen.

Print or email the receipt:

To print a copy, select Print to print to a receipt printer.

To email a copy, select Send Email, confirm or enter the customer's email address, and then select Send Mail.

I and My team use chrome and the print window blinks to open but then closes immediately before we can print the receipt. Is there a fix for this?
