I do not have drop down for "Service/Class".
If I don't use payment through Vagaro (paid by cash) it's not able to get report by service? Please advise
Hi Shoko. Can you email support@vagaro.com when you get a chance so we can look at this further?
Service report by "category" would be really helpful. There are a lot of services in the menu and the numbers are all combined and I can't find the trending service "category". Also in the "Trends" report, it would be nice if there is an option to see the trend by "category". What's the point of all sales combined in one dollar amount and not know what service is trending?
Hi Jessica. Thank you for your suggestion. Please submit a Feature Request here. Our product team regularly reviews the all of ideas submitted and looks for what will have the biggest impact for everyone, and we add it to our development schedule then. How it works:
• Search to see if your suggestion currently exists, vote for it if you like it.
• If you have a suggestion that’s not listed yet, submit your own.
• Please remember to submit only 1 suggestion per post.
Perhaps I am missing it, but is there a way to just look at 1 class, see all attendees, and what they have paid for just that class? I am able to look at a class and the attendees, but it shows me the total amount the customer has paid for all of the classes they have attended (not just specifically what they paid for that particular class).
Hi Ginger,
On the computer, you can hover over your class on the calendar and see all the attendees. Each attendee has an icon next to their name that shows how they paid for the class. Also, you can use the transaction list and filter transactions by customer to see how much they paid for the class; however, this will show all transactions they have made. If you want to see this from the calendar, I would recommend submitting a feature request.
Thanks,
Jamie
