All businesses are eligible for their own Branded App with an initial, one-time, upfront cost for development. You will not be billed any additional fees until you've published the app to the Apple Store and/or Google Play store, after which the same amount will be charged as a monthly subscription fee. If your business has multiple locations, they can be added to your Branded App for an additional charge each month per location.

Yes, you can currently update and personalize your Branded App’s icon, device splash screen, button colors, and external links in the tabs.
When your customers use your Branded App, they will be able to book appointments, workshops, and classes, view your service and class menus, access and manage their customer profiles, leave reviews, and shop at your online store. Your app will have all the same features and functionality as your Vagaro Listing Page, so the more robust your page, the more options you’ll present to your clients.
If your business has multiple locations, you can add each location to your app for an additional $10 (US, CA, AU) or £10 UK per location.
Yes, you’ll need to create a developer account for iOS, Android, or both, depending on where you’d like to make your Branded App available:

Developer account fees are not included with your Vagaro Branded App subscription.
The time it takes to design your Branded App and then make it available to download depends on how quickly you set up your developer accounts on Apple and Google and how quickly you respond to communication from our Design Team. We will need to work closely with your business to design your app, business logo, splash images, app icon, and additional elements to provide you with the complete branding experience. Our goal is to help you publish and make your app available in both the Apple Store and Google Play on a timeline that works best for your availability to collaborate.
When you have approved your Branded App, we will submit it to the Apple Store or Google Play store for customers to download it. If your business has multiple locations, customers can select the location they want to view. They'll be able to see the following in your app:
When your Branded App is ready to be downloaded, we’ll provide you with a unique link to send to your customers for direct download. We suggest using your email marketing tools to embed this link and send an automated email to get the word out. From there, the best way to tell customers about your app is to tell them at their next appointment and post signs on your storefront to let them know your app is available.
