Pinned chat on the Connect by Vagaro app.

Pinned chat on the web.
Prerequisites: Requires at least one chat with a customer. Connect by Vagaro is not yet available for the Vagaro Pay Desk.
To pin a chat:

Go to Connect by Vagaro:

On a Phone or Tablet: Download or open the Connect app.

Web Version: Log in to your Vagaro business, then select the Chat Bubble button.

Select the Customers or Team tab.

Open the chat you want to pin.

Pin the chat:

Connect by Vagaro App: Open the chat to be pinned, select the Action
menu in the top-right corner, and then select Pin Chat.

Web Version: Hover over the chat to be pinned, select the Action
