By default, a customer does not need a customer profile to fill out a form. If you would like to prevent customers from filling out a form anonymously, enable the Require Vagaro login to fill out form setting.
When a form is sent to the customer's device, your customer will see the Login Required popup. They can select Login or Sign up now.
The Payment, File Upload, and Contact (when set to update profiles) modules will toggle this setting automatically.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the web, tablet, or Pay Desk version of Vagaro. Before continuing, ensure you've activated the Forms feature.
To require login:

Go to the Forms page.

Web Version: Select Forms at the top of the screen.

On a Tablet or Pay Desk: Select Forms at the bottom of the screen.

Go to the Form Editor by either creating a new form or editing an existing one.

At the bottom of the screen, toggle Require Vagaro login to fill out form.

Make any additional changes to your form, then save it.
