Allow automatic notifications to be sent in an email or push notification whenever a customer fills out a form. By default, these notifications are sent to the account owner's email and device; however, when a form is mandatory for an appointment or class, the service provider or instructor will receive an email notification as well.
When a customer fills out a form, the following notifications will be sent out:

An email with some details on the form submission.

A push notification sent from the Vagaro Pro app stating who submitted the response and when.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the web, tablet, or Pay Desk version of Vagaro. Before continuing, ensure you've activated the Forms feature.
To configure this setting:

Go to the Forms page.

Web Version: Select Forms at the top of the screen.

On a Tablet or Pay Desk: Select Forms at the bottom of the screen.

Go to the Form Editor by either creating a new form or editing an existing one.

Scroll down to Notify When Form is Submitted and toggle it on.

Make any additional changes to your form, then save it.
