In your form settings, you can allow automatic notifications to be sent in an email or push notification whenever a customer fills out a form. By default, these notifications are sent to the business account owner's email and device; however, when a form is mandatory for an appointment or class, the service provider or instructor will receive an email notification as well.
When a customer fills out a form, the following notifications will be sent out:
-
An email with some details on the form submission.
-
A push notification is sent from the Vagaro Pro app stating who submitted the response and when.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, and PayPro versions of Vagaro. Before continuing, ensure you've activated the Forms feature.
